October 1, 1997 Dear Cindy, This Sunday, we will dedicate our new and renovated facilities, as we celebrate a "new beginning" in the life of St. James the Less. An integral part of this one year program was the renovation of the sanctuary. The cornerstone of this project was the refinishing and painting of our pews, lecturn, baptismal font and altar rail. In addition, the kneelers were refinished, painted and reupholstered. Pioneer's desire for perfection was reflected in the finished product. Your personal attention to detail and the on time delivery was most appreciated. Follow through to resolve a minor problem after the installation was handled promptly and in a very professional manner. During our construction of a new education wing and the renovation of the sanctuary and parish hall, we have had a chance to observe the quality of workmanship of many of the building trades. Your company certainly is number one in our judgment in delivering an overall quality of workmanship and a follow through program that ensures customer satisfaction.
