February 17, 2000 Dear Cindy, Please accept my apologies for being so late in writing this brief letter. I just want to thank you and the staff at Pioneer Refinishing for the outstanding job on our church pews. They look great! Your professional work is a beauty to behold. Your ability to meet a tight schedule was greatly appreciated, not only by me, but also by "the mother of a bride."
