August 2, 2006 Dear Cindy, On behalf of the Parish Community of St. Mary Queen of Peace, I want to thank you and your company for the excellent work you did in refinishing our pews. As you know, I was a bit "anxious" about how they would turn out, as it is something that we will be living with for a very long time. You repeatedly assured me that I would be very happy with the outcome, and you certainly were right! We've had nothing but compliments on the appearance of the pews, and also on how secure they are. As you know, they were quite loose and many of them had pulled away at the seams. Not only did you anchor them securely in the floor, but you re-glued and tightened the pews so well that they look like new! I am very grateful for your professionalism. From the first contact I had with you, you couldn't have been more accommodating. You were most helpful in helping us choose a finish, you took the time to answer any questions we had, and your offer to refinish a portion of a pew and send it back to us to see exactly what they would look like was such a help in making our decision. In short, you delivered all that you promised. . . when you promised.
