Monday October 7, 2002 Dear Cindy, I am writing to let you know how pleased we are with the work you did on our pews. They look like new! I also want to let you know that we were impressed with the way your company did things from start to finish. You were accommodating dealing with our time changes in regard to the installation of the pews, all your workers were friendly, you cleaned up after the work was done, and the pews are just beautiful! I cannot tell you how many people have come up to me commenting on how great they look. I was also amazed that you were able to drill through our new tile with out damaging a single tile.
